Description
Bungalow of 95 square meters for 6 people, with terrace with direct access to the pool.
Palm Beach II is a family urbanization and above all, very quiet. It has 4 separate swimming pools, all of them with garden area and beautiful palm trees. It is located 600 metres from the Moro beach, and less than 5 minutes drive from the centre of Alcossebre.
The bungalow, with private parking, WIFI and air conditioning, has 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and views of the pool. The second, with a bunk bed and access to a private terrace. Both bedrooms are on the upper floor, next to the main bathroom with bathtub.
On the lower floor, we have the kitchen, ceramic hob, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/cooking utensils and coffee machine.
Next, the living-dining room, with a sofa-bed for 2 people, air conditioning, dining table and direct access to the terrace.
As well as a bathroom with shower.
The terrace is spacious and cool, perfect for relaxing even in the hottest hours, thanks to its orientation.
From the terrace you have direct access through a small door to the pool and garden area.
*Parties and groups of young people are not allowed.
*Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Echamos en falta algunas cosas básicas como unas copas, que si te quieres tomar un vino o una copa tiene que ser en un vaso de agua y algún tupper para bajar comida a la playa. La televisión muy pequeña para ese salón. Dada la ubicación un toldo en esee more
Echamos en falta algunas cosas básicas como unas copas, que si te quieres tomar un vino o una copa tiene que ser en un vaso de agua y algún tupper para bajar comida a la playa. La televisión muy pequeña para ese salón. Dada la ubicación un toldo en el porche trasero estaría genial, ya que por la tarde es imposible estar ahí. Y la ventana de la habitación de matrimonio con una cortina estaría mucho mejor, ya que para un poco de intimidad hay que bajar la persiana del todo.
