Description
3 bedroom townhouse for 6 people at ONLY 100 meters from the beach Las Fuentes. A 5 minute walk to the restaurants, bars and other shops of the marina.
Holiday rental in Fuentemar, Alcossebre. With an impressive swimming pool, plus a children's pool. And large garden areas with palm trees.
The house, with 2 floors, has a private parking space and WiFi, and is distributed as follows:
On the lower floor , an open plan kitchen , equipped with fridge , microwave , oven , freezer , washing machine , coffee machine , toaster , pots , pans .
Next, a small toilet.
We continue with the living-dining room, with a personal touch of decoration and access to the terrace, a large space where you can have breakfast, lunch or a drink.
We go up to the upper floor by spiral stairs, and we have the 3 bedrooms. All of them with a double bed, and one of them with its own private balcony.
On the same floor is the main bathroom with bathtub.
*No parties or groups of young people are allowed.
*Smoking is not allowed inside
