With maximum capacity for 4 people (if they are only adults, we recommend maximum 3), this small but cosy studio of 45 M2 is distributed in an independent kitchen with ceramic hob, a living-dining room with a double sofa-bed, a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, and a large terrace facing south.
The location is excellent, as in its surroundings there are bars, restaurants, supermarket, football field, a small shopping centre...
The communal area has a swimming pool + children's pool, as well as a pleasant garden area.
*Parties and groups of young people are not allowed.
*Smoking is not allowed inside the flat.

Très propre ainsi que la copropriété Le concierge ne parle pas français mais il est sympas. Il y à une piscine pour se raffraichir à côté du studio. J'ai apprécié la terasse bien équipée avec un salon de jardin. On voit que des travaux ont étés effectués pour rénover le studio Il y à un climatiseur mural. La tv. Une cuisine. Enfin tout pour se sentir chez soi. Je conseille sans problèmes |
