Description
Apartment for 4 people for rent in the urbanization Parque Azahar, in Alcossebre. Next to the centre of the village.
The urbanization Parque Azahar is 2 minutes walk from the beach Cargador, 3 minutes walk from the supermarket Spar and has in its surroundings restaurants, bars and other shops. It has a communal pool + children's pool surrounded by a very nice garden area, plus a paddle tennis court exclusively for guests or residents of Parque Azahar.
The flat, which has WiFi and private parking space (with direct access from the lift), is distributed as follows:
A living-dining room with double sofa-bed for 2 people.
A separate kitchen, ceramic hob, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils/cooking utensils and coffee machine.
Next, the bedroom, with double bed and built-in wardrobe. Next to the bedroom, the bathroom with bathtub.
Finally, a good sized terrace, east facing, with an awning. Very pleasant at any time of the year.
*Smoking is not allowed inside.
*No parties or groups of young people allowed.

Apartamento en primer piso, cómodo y espacioso, conformado por habitación, baño y un amplio salón con sofá cama cómoda, con cocina americana, terraza exterior y lavadero. Estuvimos dos personas adultas y todo perfecto. La atención comercial genial, estuvieron atentos en todo momento. Es el segundo año que repetimos, tres semanas de 13/06 a 5/07. Calidad-Precio, Perfecto. |
