2 bedroom flat just 350 meters from the beach of Las Fuentes, in Alcossebre.
The urbanization Los Caballos stands out for its great location. At 200 meters from the restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours of the marina. A 5 minute walk to the beach of Las Fuentes. A 10 minute walk to the Cargador beach and the town centre.
The flat, which has WiFi, air conditioning and outdoor parking, sleeps 4 people and is distributed as follows:
On entering , on the left hand side , the first bedroom , with double bed and fitted wardrobe .
We continue with the bathroom, on the right hand side. With shower and washing machine.
We continue with the second bedroom, also with double bed and wardrobe.
Next, the open plan kitchen, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, frying pans, pots....
The kitchen is open to the air-conditioned living-dining room, a cosy and comfortable space.
Finally, a nice terrace overlooking the sea. Perfect for eating and having a drink.
